What is priority support?

We differentiate ourselves by providing a responsive and knowledgeable support team for all of our customers.

We offer prioritized support for customers who want additional methods of communication, including bi-weekly check-ins with our senior support team.

What are premium integrations?

We offer many integrations out of the box for all of our customers.

There are integrations that are more complex in setup and maintenance, and are typically used by larger organizations. Our premium integrations include Pipe17, CRSTL (EDI Connector) and NetSuite ERP.

Is there a trial period?

We don't offer a trial period. That said, if you're looking for a test drive, schedule a demo and we can answer questions and work with you to see if Packiyo is the solution for you.

Are there additional charges?

Yes.

Additional WMS Users over assigned seats are $85 per user, per month.

Additional shipments over assigned volume are 5 cents each.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We value customers who are looking for more than a vendor and are happy to discuss discounts.

We also appreciate customers that may be struggling with an existing solution and feel stuck with the time and cost of a move. We offer discounts and additional assistance if you're stuck, let's get you upgraded.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to setup and onboard with Packiyo?

Either Amy or David will be assigned as your dedicated onboarding specialist. We follow structured onboarding steps with you, guiding you through migration, setup, training and to running your best warehouse.

Typical onboarding is from 1 - 3 weeks depending on your availability.

What size 3Pls & eCommerce Brands use Packiyo?

We set out to focus on small to medium businesses. Our smallest customers ship at least 100 orders per day, our larger clients ship north of 70k orders per day across multiple warehouses.

Does Packiyo charge for store connections?

Not for natively connected platforms such as Shopify, Woo, Amazon, BigCommerce, MyStore etc. If you're looking to connect an ERP such as NetSuite, you can do this through our partners over at Pipe17, they will have a fee for use.

What are the support team operating hours?

Our support team members are located in the US, Europe, Argentina and the Philippines.

Our frontline support team works 4am ET (10am CET) to 9pm ET (3am CET) weekdays and weekends and holidays during peak season.

We aim to answer questions and queries within 30 mins. We are recognized for both our responsiveness and knowledgeable support team members.

Can I sync the same products across multiple sales channels?

Yes. Packiyo is smart enough to know when a the same SKU is being sold across multiple sales channels and keeps them synced. You have the ability to control which products you want synced with which sales channels.

In the case of Amazon where it requires a different SKU, you can also create SKU aliases and link to the same product you sell on other channels.

Can I bulk print shipping labels?

Yes. Packiyo provides multiple methods to fulfill orders, bulk ship being one of them.

Can I contol inventory syncing for products & channels?

Yes. You can control what products are synced at a channel or product level.

Can I get onsite setup and training?

Yes. We're very familiar with walking into all sorts of spaces and getting operations setup and optimized. Coffee on tap preferred.
