How long does it take to setup and onboard with Packiyo?

Either Amy or David will be assigned as your dedicated onboarding specialist. We follow structured onboarding steps with you, guiding you through migration, setup, training and to running your best warehouse.

Typical onboarding is from 1 - 3 weeks depending on your availability.

What size 3Pls & eCommerce Brands use Packiyo?

We set out to focus on small to medium businesses. Our smallest customers ship at least 100 orders per day, our larger clients ship north of 70k orders per day across multiple warehouses.

Does Packiyo charge for store connections?

Not for natively connected platforms such as Shopify, Woo, Amazon, BigCommerce, MyStore etc. If you're looking to connect an ERP such as NetSuite, you can do this through our partners over at Pipe17, they will have a fee for use.

What are the support team operating hours?

Our support team members are located in the US, Europe, Argentina and the Philippines.

Our frontline support team works 4am ET (10am CET) to 9pm ET (3am CET) weekdays and weekends and holidays during peak season.

We aim to answer questions and queries within 30 mins. We are recognized for both our responsiveness and knowledgeable support team members.

Can I sync the same products across multiple sales channels?

Yes. Packiyo is smart enough to know when a the same SKU is being sold across multiple sales channels and keeps them synced. You have the ability to control which products you want synced with which sales channels.

In the case of Amazon where it requires a different SKU, you can also create SKU aliases and link to the same product you sell on other channels.

Can I bulk print shipping labels?

Yes. Packiyo provides multiple methods to fulfill orders, bulk ship being one of them.

Can I contol inventory syncing for products & channels?

Yes. You can control what products are synced at a channel or product level.

Can I get onsite setup and training?

Yes. We're very familiar with walking into all sorts of spaces and getting operations setup and optimized. Coffee on tap preferred.
